Social responsibility towards our employees and the community has always been a priority for Famossul. We support various projects in education, health and sports.
We are responsible forest management
Our forests are certified by the FSC® – Forest Stewardship Council ® – a non-governmental organization based in Germany, which holds the most recognized green seal in the world, with a presence in more than 122 countries. FSC® certification ensures that the wood used comes from sustainably managed forests, in accordance with environmental, social and economic criteria, as well as from other controlled sources, in compliance with current laws.

Preserving today for a sustainable tomorrow
Concern for the environment and the adoption of sustainable practices are part of our DNA. We were pioneers in Brazil in the use of pine wood as a raw material in the manufacture of furniture.
We have extensive reforestation areas, including permanent preservation areas and native forest, located in the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, which are managed by Vida Florestal – a Famossul group company responsible for developing forestry technology and environmental preservation initiatives.
